Major Vapour has a click & Collect offer or also known as Pick up at check out.
Click & Collect/ Pick up orders
We are only able to offer Click & Collect or pick up service to customers. Please make sure you wait for your Ready to Collect SMS or email, before heading into the store. This will include information about the collection process.
Orders can take up to 2 hours before they are ready for collection.
How does Click & Collect work?
Choose your products online
Add them to your shopping cart
Select Pick up as the shipping method at checkout
Collect your order in store
Make sure you bring your collection notification or photo ID
Please wait for the email/SMS indicating that your order is ready before coming to collect your order.
We hold your Click & Collect orders for 14 days post your collection notification.
Is Click & Collect a FREE service?
Yes – Click & Collect is FREE for all orders with no minimum purchase value.
How long do you hold Click & Collect orders?
We hold Click & Collect orders for 14 calendar days you receive your collection notification.
If you do not collect your order within 14 calendar days we cancel the items and refund the order back to the payment method used when placing your order. Unless organized differently.
Can someone collect my Click & Collect order for me?
Yes - family and friends can collect your order on your behalf. Just make sure they bring:
- A copy of the order collection notification
- they are 18+ years old
